This virtual training will bring attendees up to date on recent and pending SBA rules, FAR small business rules, and legislation impacting small business government contracting, including the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). These legislative changes may potentially affect your small business and government contracting interests.

Join us for this webinar, co-presented by an SBA Attorney from the Office of Government Contracting and Business Development, and an SBA Program Analyst from the Office of Policy Planning and Liaison, detailing the regulatory updates to the small business government contracting programs.

In addition, attendees will receive a brief overview from the Ohio University Procurement Technical Assistance Center regarding free technical assistance available to all small businesses in the government contracting arena.
